The First.

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to my fellow readers, 

This is our beloved Madam Azidatunoor making an introduction for Internet Technologies

   Today's entry I will talk more on the course that requires the birth of this blog itself. The course is Information Technology for Language Learning, not to be confuse with Computer Application that was taken during my first semester. 

  Computer Application taught us the in and out of a computer, from its hardware up until its software. We have covered everything from motherboard up until the coding in a working CPU. Information Technology for Language Learning, or IT for short, is course that require us to apply all those information we have learned in Computer Application to make use of it in teaching language. 

    In this era that oversees a rapid growth in the development of technology, it is not a peculiarity for us to use technology in language learning and teaching. After all, technology helps in making learning more interactive and fun making the students feel more excited during learning session. 

   Enough introduction, let us look more on what was explained during the first class of this course. As of the 29 January, I had my first class with my respectable lecturer, Madam Azidatunnoor, who is no stranger to me as she had taught me Academic Listening and Speaking during semester 2. 

   Due to the familiarity between the whole class and Madam, we skipped the customary ice breaking session and Madam straight away explained about the class assessment what will the class entail for all of us. 

   The course assessment is as follows : 

1. Quiz 1 ----------------------- 20%

2. Blog ------------------------- 20%

3. Podcast --------------------- 10%

 4. Educational video ---------- 20%

  5. E-Learning Courseware ---- 30%

One of the Assessment that we have to do  is an Educational Blog, hence, the birth and creation of this blog. We are required to update the lesson that we have learnt for every week. Creating this blog really bring back the bittersweet memories of my teenage years of creating my own personal blog. Ah, the good old days.

Well, I suppose that is about it. The first week is basically the introduction on what is this course, Internet Technology for Language Learning, is.
